I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and had a big, comfortable bed. The fantastic shower was a delightful surprise, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great with the tube nearby and a nice park with the river next door, offering a perfect setting. However, the dining experience was somewhat lacking, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was a modern and clean establishment with decent character. The service got my stay off to a very good start as they were very accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags prior to check-in. The staff were lovely, super warm, and friendly. The location was perfect for me, being close to Mile End tube station and with multiple amenities within a stone's throw. The dining experience with fresh-baked scones was a nice touch. Overall, a great value for money stay.
